Finally being able to photograph them was indeed an honor and worth the long drive to Connecticut. Besides playing great music, Blink 182 put on one of the most visually stunning show I have ever seen. Even after being together for 22 years Blink still haven’t lost there sense of humor and are experts at cracking jokes in between songs. Big Sean performed an impressive and moving homecoming concert at DTE Music Theatre on August 31st. The performance was in celebration of his new album Hall of Fame, which was released within the same week of his show. The night was indeed a family affair as the Detroiter rapped alongside of his beaming Dad early in the concert, and later brought his mother on stage for a poignant slow dance in which the sensitive Big Sean showed he wasn’t afraid to shed a few tears in front of the 12,000+ crowd.
