Photo of the Moment: Joe Lewis & The Honeybears

We missed photographing Joe Lewis & The Honeybears because it took us ages to walk to the Riot Fest Chicago entrance, and then the security was being strict about the 3 song rule blablabla. So I’m posting this photo not because it’s an amazing photo, but because we haven’t posted anything on this band in awhile. They were one of the first bands I photographed with Nardo of Navdo, who is friendly with them. Last time the band played at the Crofoot in Pontiac we hung out with them a bit. Some goofy dude was hanging around me because of my so-called affiliation w the band, and kept asking me how I knew the band. haha I felt cool for a second even though I didn’t really know the band whatsoever before that night.
