Steve Aoki and Kendrick Lamar with Bad Rabbits 4/13/13 @ Meadow Brook Festival (Photos & Review)

Bad Rabbits started off the chilly evening at a sold out outdoor concert at Meadow Brook Music Festival. They are a R&B band with a very modern sound and catchy songs. They were very interesting to watch as they spastically jumped and danced across the stage.
Next up was Kendrick Lamar. Kendrick has had a huge year, and his performance was highly anticipated since his songs just about own the radio these days. But first we had to endure his hype man who ran around the stage shouting “YEAH!” for way too long. (Bitch don’t kill my vibe. HA!)
Regardless, everyone loved Kendrick! His flow was unique, relaxed and his raps were quick. He makes it seem so easy, and it’s obvioius why he is in the midst of blowing up.
Lastly, Steve Aoki was AMAZING! We always catch his performance when he is in town or at a festival because his energy is contagious. Aoki has style, flair and plays an eclectic mix of dance music that make him a leading man in the EDM arena.
