Check Out Chevelle! (Photos)

We saw Chevelle perform for the first time last month at DTE. Appearance wise, they weren’t at all what I was expecting. Their band name had me falsely assuming they would be more like the car Chevelle-older and classic, with black beat-up band shirts and long rocker hair. All three members are surprisingly clean-cut and “normal” for a rock band. Singer Pete’s boyish good looks give him an easy-going charisma and versatility. Musically, they are an all-american rock ‘n roll band. Their new album “Hats off to the Bull” would explain the giant bull on stage.
