Manchester Orchestra’s performance at Clutch Cargo’s was one of the year’s best. The intimate venue was packed full of fans that knew every word to each song. Andy Hull’s signature voice was in top form as he incited fans to crowd surf during heavier songs, and sing, sway and raise their lighters during the more mellow tunes. “Virgin” and “The River” were highlights from the night. I still can’t seem to stop humming the forlorn lyrics “I’m going to leave you the first chance I get.”
