Still enjoying #hotellife as our plumbing gets fix Still enjoying #hotellife as our plumbing gets fixed. I’m getting back surgery at the month so we have been preparing for that! I’m ready since my last epidural didn’t help as much as it usually does. #Sciatica #backpain is pretty miserable. I know it’s time for #surgery but I’m still nervous so I’m glad it is sooner than later. Anxiety Anxiety🎶🎵I found out I have a misalignment in my eyes so I have to see a neuro-ophthalmologist so that could be why I get dizzy when I drive. That’s good news because finding the root of the issue may alleviate some of my neck pain and headache pain that I had been blaming solely on my neck. Who knew?! #momlife

Yesterday our plumbing didn’t want to plumb anym Yesterday our plumbing didn’t want to plumb anymore and like a good neighbor, @statefarm was there and put our family into spacious extended living quarters. We are so grateful and the process was very smooth. We are still working out the logistics of the pets so if anybody wants to adopt a cat or dog for a few weeks, let us know! Poor Lola doesn’t like any sort of change in routine so this will be hard on her at first. Hopefully the free breakfast and nice pool soften the change a bit! I love the absence of mess and toys😜 Nevertheless it’s still stressful and completely chaotic, but we are dry and safe🩷 Monday I find out if I need surgery so that’s a fun element to add into the mix too. #plumbing #bathroom

Today I had a lunch date with myself after my doct Today I had a lunch date with myself after my doctor’s appt since Paul was meeting with an estimator for our giant plumbing project. It was so nice to enjoy a nice meal while listening to 90’s alternative music. Everything has been so busy lately and the world is so tumultuous so it was nice to enjoy some me time. I had my surgical consult the other day for next week and the Dr ordered a special kind of cat scan so I don’t know if I’m a candidate yet. #metime #peaceandquiet

Life updates! I had a neck ablation two weeks ago Life updates! I had a neck ablation two weeks ago and the pain is a little better but it can take 3-6 weeks for the nerves to calm down since they literally burn them. I stayed awake for the procedure and it was cool but intense. I started to have second thoughts when the big guy in the room next to me chose to get knocked out. The hardest part is that they put 3 big needles into your neck for like 30 mins and when they burn the nerves it feels like being shocked and your muscles twitch. I was really dizzy after the procedure and I get dizzy when driving in the car but I think it’s getting better. I’ll go back to work in two weeks assuming the procedure works. Friday I had an epidural in my lower back and that’s easier than an ablation but was still weird because I could feel the medicine go into my back and down my leg. That had never happened before so it was interesting but odd. Five months of pain has been a lot but it does make you stronger and I’m eligible to do it all over again in 6 months fffffffffffFFF! If the ablation doesn’t work I’m ready for surgery. But it has to work because it’s time to go back to work and soccer season is starting! I’m coaching U6 which is Lola’s team, go Shark’s and Rune will be on the U7 Tiger’s again. #soccerseason #oldladyproblems

The first time I ever saw my honey’s face was electric. It was on my front porch after a bad date with somebody else. I had been talking to Paul online for a month or so and he finally came over and we drank a six pack on my porch and talked and talked. The chemistry was superb and neither of us were expecting it. We didn’t end up getting married until many years later and this summer we will celebrate our ten yr anniversary!
